According to the Protocol (№ 21/2018 of August 31, 2018) of the Coordination Council meeting of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (hereinafter – the Organization), the final agenda of the General Meeting of the members of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People live with HIV/AIDS (hereinafter – General Meeting) is approved and the meeting is planned for September 17, 2018.

The final agenda of the General Meeting:

AGENDA

1. The election of a chairperson and a secretary of the General Meeting.
2. Approval of the agenda of the General Meeting.
3. An announcement of the election results: the Coordination Council members and the chairperson of the Coordination Council.
4. The admission of new members in the Organization.
5. The inclusion of the information on the new founders (members) of the Organization in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Ukraine.
6. The exclusion of the Organization’s members.
7. The exemption of the information on the excluded founders (members) of the Organization from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Ukraine.
8. Appointment of an authorized person to carry out all necessary actions regarding the exemption and inclusion of the information on the excluded/exempted founders (members) in/from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Ukraine.
9. Approval of the annual report of the Coordination Council.
10. Approval of the annual report of the Executive Director.
11. Approval of the annual report on the results of the work in 2018 of the Supervisory Board.
12. Forming the Supervisory Board of the Organization.
